鼎泰丰现在每单加收百分之十的服务费，不过这不是重点，重点在于我实在觉得曾经米其林三星（现在貌似是一星）的餐厅的招牌小笼包（只有一块钱硬币那么大小）真的不是那么好吃，其他系列的蒸饺啊，汤包啊味道也一般，炒蔬菜很油大，而且貌似是动物油，放冷了会凝结的，面什么的味道也一般。但是，但是，红油鸡味道 爆好！！！ 好多甜点的味道很赞！！！
Eigentlich immer noch sehr lecker, muss aber sagen , dass die Qualität der warmen Gerichte sich über die Jahre hinweg deutlich verschlechtert hat...
