Jalapeño sausage and spicy chop both flavorful and the spicy chop was so moist. Line moved really fast on a Sunday afternoon.
You can order you brisket 3 ways: moist, lean and cutters choice (ie luck of the draw). Go moist. (sausages and puddings also get a thumbs up).
The prime rib (only available on the weekend) is superb. The brisket lean it's also amazing.
Pros: the meats are seasoned great and taste delicious. Service as good. Cons: they don’t serve fries , they don’t offer chives , But overall, I was pleased & I recommend eating there.
