Spend some quality time with your licensed pup at Palmetto Playground Dog Run . For info on dog licensing visit: http://on.nyc.gov/M85uPu. For more info about dog runs visit: http://bit.ly/Ra5S4w
Compared to larger dog runs like at Pier 6, Palmetto (true to its name) is much shadier and picturesque, a decent trade off for its small size.
Maybe obvious, but if there's a single dog walker in there with 7 dogs, don't go in. Unless it's Cesar Millan, who actually has some degree of control over them.
