Great atmosphere with friendly staff . Caramel Frappe is top notch
Xotique has a/c and wifi . Coffee is very good, but the prices are higher than other places in Phnom Penh. (3-4 dollars) they also serve food. Service can be a bit slow.
Great coffee , their smoothies and chillers are delicious too
A pretty comfortable chill-out spot in the Russian Market area.
Coffee is decent but if my smoked salmon sandwich is in any way representative of the quality of their food I'd stay far away, it was a disgrace
