There's a so-called cheese , pizza and ice milk factory here. You can pay for classes , else there's nothing much to see in terms of production. Try the ice cream , they have tomato and asparagus flavour

You can buy any product of cheese and milk but need to eat direct or keep in special box

I don’t know why this place is so lowly-rated. It’s a tourist resting spot for food and some history. Perfectly pleasant place.

No actual factory . Just shops selling pizza , cheese and ice cream . There's a video showing how cheese is made.

イートインならやっぱりピザ 。でも繁忙期は1時間程待たされることも。乳製品いろいろ手に入りますが、ワイン が練りこまれたワインチェダーのチーズ はオススメ。

ラベンダーの時期の休日は提供までに1時間半待つことも…。予約なしで観れる範囲のチーズ 工房の工程は2.3箇所なので、繁忙期にふらっと寄るのには向いてないかも しれません。
