Lots of construction happening at Observation City , it's still open although a bit of a challenge to get into.
The food is great!
Seems like the quality has gone down hill . No longer get field mushrooms on the big breakfast but tasteless button mushrooms , nice view of the ocean
Try chicken risotto
Slow service n bit pricey but the food usually isn't bad
