Fabulous hotel , at amazing location, with very kind employees! Breakfast so so, not worth the money, but everything else is top notch! ????????
New rooms are fine but front desk are not helpful. Bellman are exceptional friendly .
Nice view at the terrace ! Also loved the ice machine museum inside the hotel .

Very friendly staff. Definitely our favourite location in Strasbourg for a lunch break. I recommend the plate with different cheese, ham, terrine etc. combined with muscat wine and also escargot. - Berker
