Holy grail of pubs (£2 pints!) Great selection from Slaithwaite's Empire brewery , but a bit soulless
This is one of the most comfortable Real Ale pubs on the Stalybridge to Huddersfield beer train route. Real Ales at good prices.
An obvious point, but HOT PORK PIES £1.20. Don't delay because the trains come in regularly.
Great ales , some only £2 a pint.
Lots of flies.
