Amazing trip so far. Great service! Of course there is always minor issues with a place but still exceeded my expectation.

Make sure you are assigned a concierge when you check in. This person will give you a tour of the property and make all your dinner reservations . We learned this on our final day from another guest.

I recommend booking on the reserve side, especially if you have a family. The kids zone is just great and the daycare is amazing.

Julio is great and so are the bartenders Virgilio, Juan Francisco and Christian. We can't complain about anything, really.

Far better deals are to be found in the Rivera Maya. Been to over 20 all inclusive resorts . This ranks in bottom 3. Most are awesome. This one is just OK. But who wants to spend big $$$for OK? Not me

Unless you're a passionate couple that loves water together I don't think the swim-in suites are worth it, save for the novelty

You should tip about 2$ for almost every little service, this goes a long way to getting you what u want when u want it :)

Gabi club breakfast is better than main dining room breakfast - faster seating and all

I have to agree with all other tips. Unless you're a couple the swim-up is not worth it. Also we had no concierge so had to find our way around. Complain early to management and don't wait your depart
