Iced milk tea is the best in town . Must try. Outside seat is highly recommended to avoid the bad smell from kitchen and enjoy great landscape of Phu My Hung new urban area.

Woah, they run Combo menu but only bring main disk, I finish my lunch and wait for 15 mins. have to ask for the extra dessert . Love the view n interior, food n tea product, but ur service ....

After a few years, the service is getting worse at this branch. Staffs are too forgetful and you have to keep on reminding them to get what you want.
