Dingiest Target in the valley. No Starbucks here. Store is disorganised, employees are apathetic and depressed, and the lines are long. The east Northridge Target is amazing.

If you don't have a lot of items, skip the crazy lines and just go to the Photo counter to check out.

One of the better malls. It's been around for quite some time, but it's very well maintained. Tons of shops and restaurants just outside the mall, too. Too bad it closes at 9pm (7pm on Sunday)! - Chrystal Walsh
