Bad reviews are not to be trusted.They have greatly improved nowadays and view at the terrace is good. Fried chicken and do it yourself tacos and fajitas are all good for 1690 yen. Pork carnitas roo

Nice view and salsa bar but not much else reason to go.

元日にここでランチしました。ランチはブッフェスタイルでタコス、カレー 、メキシカンライス、パスタ 、サラダ が食べ放題 、ソフトドリンク バー とデザート も付いています。タコスのトルティーヤ は、コーン とフラワーの2種類、具材もビーフ 、ポーク 、チキン 、野菜 とあり、サルサ もいろんな辛さを選ぶ事が出来ます。料金は、休日¥1,380、平日¥1,200（2013年当時）。
トッピング が激減したのに値段は変わらず。味は良いが、、、、うーん

It's always nice to find an actual food court with seats in Japan. My favorite is the Chinese fried rice at the corner shop. They also have free drinking water in the center of the food court. - Daniel

Great for dates and souvenir shopping. It has a cool, earthy market vibe and lots of interesting trinkets. Look out for the weekend crowds, though — they can seriously harsh your mellow. - Social News Network
The Ferris wheel here is worth trying if you're in the area but the rest of the theme park is a little outdated (but good for kids!). I usually visit here if I'm in the area to enjoy the atmosphere - Diana C.
