The butcher is really good and you get great tips from the staff . The food in the cafe is lovely and staff very friendly . The variety of cheeses is great also. I really love this place.
The scotch eggs are to die for! The ploughmans platter is fab too and lovely to share :)
This is a locals favorite, there is a bbq shack outside too. There is breakfast served till 11am, lunch from noon, small snacks between 11 and noon.
Scotch Eggs are amazing, and the farm shops have a great range of products 👍
Love this place! You MUST visit, one of my very favourite places. Don't miss out!
The Best Scotch Eggs in the entire Galaxy,... Fact!👍
The scones (sweet and savoury) are great; the quiche is fine; the sandwiches are disappointing. Stick to scones !
The thing with this place is that you know everything is over-priced and expensive but somehow the overall experience makes you not mind paying extra. Go figure! ps, Watch out for the Range Rovers.
Scotch eggs and the salmon bagel were lovely. It’s extremely over priced and when it’s busy, the tables are crammed close together. I couldn’t fault the food, but felt it wasn’t worth what they charge
Very nice on a sunny day, delicious quick bites and deserts .
Coffee and cakes excellent. A reliable source of local honey too!
Great coffee , better without the kids due to limited space and vibe.

Watch out for Clive the grumpy turkey .
The gluten free brownies are scrumptious.
Homemade cheese scones are good.
Be sure to same MrCake's fare!
Stapleford sausages cannot be beaten anywhere.
Beautiful place to sit on deck chairs, taking tea and scones. Very popular place so can get busy. Walk or punt along the river from Cambridge. - Chris Phillips
Great food and facilities with ample parking. Staff are always welcoming and the place is child friendly. - Alasdair Macrae
Nice soup also licensed! Makes a change to the little chef - Nick
Don't forget to stop off at the Magog Farm Shop on the way to and from Cambridge. The best Farm Shop in Cambridge - esp their meat. - Rupert Dick
This place closes at Dusk, also no toilets on site. Nearest cafe is gog magog farm shop w/th toilets. - John Taylor
