I flew from Penang to Medan just to try "the best fried koay teow " in a culinary city that's supposed to be up there with Penang and Malacca. Penang can rest on her "wok hei". No threat to her crown.

Medanese style fried kwetiau needs duck egg , fish ball , lap chiong, pork cha siu , bean sprout and choi sum , needless to say its sambal (chili paste ) yummy

Beside Kwetiau, one could try their fried rice , fried noodle , fried behoon and fried YuFuNoodle

Tried this VS kuetiao Ong down the street. Ong is more expensive . Both tasted average . Can’t compare to Penang’s contrary to some Malaysian comments

So Far so Good, the Best Kwetiau in Medan, walau sudah 30.000 sekarang, namun Kompor Arang dan Blowernya membuat kenikmatan tersendiri ..

Enak n dijamin kenyang!!

Harga kaya di jakarta, porsinya 2x lipat dr jakarta. Mantep sih, isinya full nendang :9

Jarang ada Rest yang Gambar di Menu sama dengan Hidangan yang dipesan!

Menu andalannya Kweitiu goreng , nasi goreng , bihun ... Buka sampe jam 12 lewat... ^_^

Kwetiaunya mantap.. Mesti pakai saucenya lebih enak
