VIP seats over priced for what they are. Food and drink could bankrupt a small country . Plan ahead, book online a day or two ahead to get the seats to want and bring your fav bag of sweets with you!
If your planing on getting some popcorn make sure you get there at least 30min before! As the service is vary slow!!! But other then that the screen are of a good sizes and the sound is great!
Order a VIP ticket online if you don't want to end up sitting in the first row or standing in a queue. It's only couple of pound more but your leather comfy seat is guaranteed to be waiting for you.
Can be busy and hectic overt the weekend. Not the best cinema experience you can have.
The price for t he sweets is daylight robbery buy them in advance
Bring your own snacks . Don't use your phone to text or chat like some complete tossers do.
The service here has deteriorated, don't bother queuing for anything as the staff have no clue what service is. Buy the ticket online and watch the film that's it!
Rubbish service, asked for info on the menu & the girl seemed like she didn't want to help me. Arrive early for a parking space can get busy.
Friendly staff and lovely disabled loos!
Building works currently going on, less parking spaces and can get a little chaotic during busy hours.
They will never staff all of the tills no matter how busy it is, so expect to queue for at least 20 minutes at peak time
Warning - do not drop your phone though the gap on the ice cream counter!
Not bad screens and sound but poorly trained staff and not properly cleaned . I hate finding empty cups and popcorn on my "VIP" seat .
Was a better cinema back in the days it was Warner. Still, Orange Wednesday and a bit of Nando's afterwards, can't be beat!
Someone vaped all the way through the show :/
Nice cinemas . Worth trying Chimichanga 's after for a cocktail .
Huge queues at sweet counter - get there early
The Qing process is chaotic and slow
Give the "pic n mix" a miss, seen kids putting back with hands as they took to much....
Service a bit pricey and slow.
Popularly agreed to be London's worst cinematic experience
Rubbish cinema . Uncomfortable seats, small screens and very expensive . Go somewhere else
Useless service 1 man at the ticket desk, slow service at all food counters. Really pathetic for what should be an experience!
a bit crap - the whole thing run by about 2 people
Law Abiding Citizen - harsh but good!
Dirty seats, wc????
Dirty wc, seats
Finally a good cinema with old fashioned service, welcoming staff and popcorn no longer cost an arm and a leg! They even serve alcohol! Still being refurbed better screens and sofas! - Demetris Vassiliades
Call to confirm kid's movies showing Saturday morning, because they have very little choice. - Judith Kwentoh
Fantastic 30s decor and always has interesting mix of mainstream and small independent films. We’ll worth a visit - James McGee
