The service is ok. They really have good things inside, from IT to PS3 or XBox, to all kind of home equipments. Inside the store it's also a service department where you can fix your laptops & pc's
2 showrooms in ibn batuta. 1 is mega big and the other is the size of a cafeteria ;)no comments about the pricing but the selection is good.
They've got an easy payment plan
2 Sharaf stores in Ibn Battuta. One is Sharaf DG, the other one is Sharaf 4U next to food court . Check the prices for external hard drives, are greeeat.
Painfully slow check-out / payment . Staff need to be trained .
