This is the first weekend I think the north leg if the trail has been open since the September floods . Worth checking out!

Running on the trail this brisk fall morning I came around a corner on the trail to find leaves golden in the fall sunshine! It was like the yellow brick road !

Beautiful no matter what time of year! Sometimes the best time to hike/run is in the winter because the temperatures are so nice!

From Arapahoe going North take the first left and walk through the grass. Its a little escape into nature - the path less taken!
