The icee machine is ALWAYS broken! Can't get the free soft serve ice cream cuz the machine is ALWAYS frozen. They have no salads , and I'm asked to pull around to the front when I'm the only customer.
Worst service. Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 min, ordered, then had them tell me they're only taking cash. This is the 5th or 6th time I've had an issue at this one. No good.
Rude workers and wouldn't bend on a coupon! Friend has dietary restrictions. Customer service needs to be enforced!!
