On Sunday mornings, the Hanoi Club hosts two separate English-speaking churches in their ballrooms - the Hanoi International Church (www.hanoichurch.com) & Hanoi International Felowship (www.hif.vn).
If you have no problems with budget, this is a hotel with absurdly excellent service.
Don't come on weekend. Super crowded ! Holidays like Labor Day or Xmas are fabulous as you will have the club on your own... Well maybe with some others who don't go on vacations like me.
They have a small restaurant on the 1st floor, they have the best Singaporean dishes I've found in Hanoi
Sea food kwe tiao and nasi Goreng in the hanoi club are very good!!!
Saturday: BBQ at Tivoli , good "all u can eat" Chinese and dim sum at Xuan on 2nd floor.

The best dimsum place i'v tried in VN. Rate 4.5/5 for me. They were awarded also. In weekday its perfectly fine but i avoid the buffet on Sunday as foods at buffet bars always turn cold & degraded. - Trang Nguyen
