If you haven't been to Stavanger's Efendi tea and coffee house in Norway, then you haven't been to one of the world's best place with the most dedicated owner! I loved the soup , the pasta and the tea

A very nice venue. The coffee was excellent and nicely presented. The owner was extremely friendly . Music a bit loud but a great place to spend a few minutes on a cold day. Recommended

Lovely place! Try the Turkish Coffee martini ! The owner actually came to my table and took time out to explain the drink and how to sip it! Brilliant place, highly recommended!
