Apple shines for innovation, except when it comes for service or support. They are probably at the bottom of the barrel. Expect to wait a week for an appointment.
Wow I was really surprised by how attentive all the employees were and David had my phone's speaker working in 10 minutes rather than the 30 he had suggested definitely coming back to this shop
