There is always fresh cooked chicken befor 9 at night or its free
Don't get produce here after a holiday 1-2days after it always spoiled (berries/lettuce) happened to me a few times now

Self service isn't always the quickest. The cashiers are pretty fast.
Make sure you have an hour to stand in line at night, but I guess when your the only one open service doesn't matter
Don't come in store at this time. Called store and said can only have one cashier on. In line for 15 mins still. 10 in front of me.
Easily the worst store in the area. Slow cashiers , aggressive sales people and a club sobeys card is required to get the lowest price.
