Not sure why people are complaining about the rest rooms... I've been stopping here regularly for over a year, and the ladies' room has always been clean . (Maybe the men need to improve their aim!)

Pump #5 is very touchy! it won't let you pump more than 10 seconds at a time. Management needs to fix this so patrons don't stand in the cold & wind longer than patrons in other lines !

This Pilot location is smaller than most with no RV spots. We witnessed a member of the staff sniping sarcastically at a customer asking a question. Unacceptable!
