The parking is easy, though you may walk a bit. They're nestled in an acute corner, and share the lot with several other shops. Still, If you don't mind a 100yd hoof, you'll be happy with the shop. :)

Sorry, but every single time at this location my drink is bad. I don't come to this one often, but sometimes I'm pressed for time. Next time, I'll make sure to go elsewhere...
