This is a great location and the staff are friendly . I have a Barnes and Noble member. I find that it is worth it.

Love the book store but the guy making my drink at Starbucks was horrible. Extremely SLOW, drink was wrong, and his conversation with co-worker was more important than correcting it. I left.

Don't be rude to the people who work here. They are only doing their jobs and doing the best they can.

Don't learn where the books are kept, they rearrange every few months.

Tonight I had the worst mocha i've ever had.

It's not near as cool as the midtown Borders but at least it's still open

Disappointed they took away all but two of the comfortable chairs to sit in.
