The idea for Fresh Agave came to us one day while traveling through parts of Mexico; encompassed by vast azure fields of agave and framed by clear blue skies we felt peaceful and refreshed.

Always make reservations and be patient! This is very popular and loud but I think it's worth it for homemade chips , strong margaritas and good pescado

The queso fondido was delicious! Also enjoyed the shrimp fajitas . The non-blended margaritas are awful.
Have to find out what kind of cheese they put on thier beans! So yummy and the Fajitas are the best! Share they give way too much food !

It was mediocre. I ordered the chimichanga and it was not fried???? it was completely soggy. And the tamales have no filling, it's all masa dough . I don't recommend????
