The only Costa in West Bromwich. Gets a bit bright in the summer. Not as bad in the winter.
Friendly staff , good coffee , comfortable seating by huge windows.
The service is good, the drinks taste the same in all the branches though
Totally agree with ali they need some more training . They are abit slow aswell and don't seem to get the difference between taking out and drinking in.
Staffs need way more training from customer service to make proper coffee ... The management is poor.
