Excellent service and food. Some of the tables are deep down in a cool cave carved out of rock, which can be refreshing and atmospheric for some, but damp and claustrophobic for others.

Cheese soufflé , desserts and meat dishes were fantastic! The truffle pasta didn’t have much truffle on it unfortunately, a bit disappointed.

Especially philipine guy and lady. They are throwing plates to your table. Service is really slow. 45 min. waited for orders and 30 min. for check. Finally they are rude. Philipines are great people

Almost no native italian waiters . Very touristic . Had to wait for Pici 35min, which came undercooked - kitchen does not try what they make. Risoto was watery rather as it supposed to be. Avoid!

Not good. Service was terrible and food was mediocre. The only thing they have going for them is the atmosphere..and even that isn't great. First rude restaurant I've been to in Italy. Skip it.

Excellent food and service. Unfortunately, it's a cave , and it smells like a cave - mold and mildew.

L'osteria più caratteristica che io abbia mai visto.Si scende nelle grotte di tufo etrusco,un capolavoro.Qualità che si fa pagare,posto elegante e cibo molto buono.Lista vini imponente e costosa .
