Leave from Rue Hors-Château "marche de bueren" next to the "Couvent des Ursulines".Walk up the stairs then right on top, enjoy the view on Liège then walk back down along the "Côteaux de la Citadelle "

Nice view ; cool spot to hang out ^^. Be sure to bring your own drinks cause water is heavily overpriced :p.
