It‘s really fun to climb the top while inside a rain cloud . Be sure to have warm and water resistant clothes !

U’ll die for this! It took us half day to drive to Vereda sandy parking from Porto Moniz (beware: roadway on the north could be very narrow and exhausting!) and take a walk to the peak

Today we walked here from Pico do Arieiro through a cloud , but on our way back the sky cleared a bit so we had the views after all (not at Pico Ruivo though, even though we waited there a while).
