Great staff good. Building. Not recommended for 17 to 45 yr olds that are trying to workout. Not enough treadmills or equipment for the volume of folk that do go there. Bball court is nicely maintain
The Zumba class with Elizabeth is amazing. The best Zumba class in Central Missouri!!!
