Great place. El Palmar is a great little restaurant . Americans, this town is very safe, the Oxxo across the street is like a 7-11, has anything you need, taxis are safe/cheap, and downtown is great!

Great beach area . Sports bar has great view and environment. Very good hotel !

If you really want to treat your significant other to a memorable evening ask the Westin for the "Romantic Dinner on the beach " and have the Mariachi band play. The dinner and staff are exceptional.

Gorgeous pools. Great fitness center . Nice beach and restaurants . WiFi only really works in the lobby. Rooms could be a bit nicer and a lot cleaner - surprised by the dust/hair bunnies.

They have a great spa . If you are a gold member, they will include it with your stay. You can use the sauna , steam room and private pool.

Manuel the recreation supervisor at the Westin is the best. Makes it very fun for the guests. Pools are awesome here. Hot tub is hot. Shallow area for the young ones

Amazing hotel . Generous and caring staff . Delish food and plentiful breakfast buffet . Pool/beach seats - by 10am there are no seats. Reserve early even though signs say not to!

You'll be tempted by the OXXO store across the street for supplies. Resist, and instead, head out to the new Walmart which has beer & liquor available for cheaper plus much more.

There's an ATM just left of the reception desk. For only $29 pesos you can grab lots of local currency.

Love the club lounge and the gym . Pools are great and never crowded . Staff is always great and very welcoming!

Awesome staff . The hotel is a bit worn - but still lovely. The ocean view rooms are a beautiful view !

The on-site Tobacco Shop has terribly over priced Walmart brand cigars . Save your money and find a local cigar shop in town . Then smoke one while you relax on the beach - smoking is allowed.

Currently only one restaurant is open. Right next to the marina where the cruise ships enter. Not enough sandy beach for my tastes.

Hardly a 5-star hotel . The food is terrible, nothing natural even in the drinks. The service is not bad, but the beach is.

Hay q caminar por la marina donde están los yates, esta cerquita del hotel y es muy agradable y los restaurantes sin mejores q los del hotel

Tienes que repetir 3 veces para que te hagan caso, la cocina está desorganizada, falta gente para la atención, por otro lado tienen una gran ubicación y vista maravillosa

Pet Friendly. Te dejan tener a tu perrito en algunas áreas del restaurante principal y sin problema alguno en cuartos, playa , etc. Buen servicio , pero la comida puede mejorar en calidad -y precio-.

el hotel "bien" a secas .. la habitacion no cuenta con suficientes contactos de energia electrica, el baño NO tiene un solo contacto, y el servicio wi-fi te lo cobran..!! PESIMO
