3 course set-lunch is great value at $55. Includes entry into Flower Dome but not Cloud Forest . Have your dessert course served at the dessert bar & watch the pastry chef plate it in front of you!
Besides excellent service, e food is well presented. They have not killed e flavour of each individual ingredient by adding too much seasoning & all e ingredients blend so well together in each dish.
The bistro upstairs opens up to the cool air of the Flower Dome. A perfect setting in the daytime for a lazy brunch , post-lunch drinks, afternoon tea & early cocktails . Made us lose track of time!
The food is very well made, but still not in the same level with other famous French restaurant in the city . The location and service are really great. Located in Flower Dome is truly a kill.
Excellent service . Modern French/Japanese cuisine. Risotto was great. Really enjoyed our amuse bouche . Lemon curd was refreshing, especially the kaffir lime ice cream . Reservation recommended.
Food was good & they readily adapted to our diet restrictions. Service was great & they even took us back to see their kitchen after we finished our dinner . Try the snapper dish & black forest dessert
Expensive but Exclusive. Beautiful romantic place for a dinner date. Western Japanese fusion , a great selection of wines and creative deserts . A place to take your time and enjoy.
This new Singapore restaurant by Gordon Ramsay protege Jason Atherton sits in a climate-controlled environment in one of the world's coolest venues -- Gardens by the Bay . Read more
Desserts : We enjoyed being seated by the dessert bar , chatting with & watching our pastry chef create our orders in front of us :-)
One of my fav fine dining resto in town . Lovely settings and ambiance. Food was impressive! Read more
Mushroom risotto and lamb is good. Take a walk inside the flower dome after you are done with your meal. It is free if you dine at Pollen.
The food and service were really good. The tasting menu was the perfect amount of food.
•7/10 •Decent food and ambience for Sunday brunch •Complimentary access to the Flower Dome
Nothing special. I have been disappointed the quality of food. The price is very high! For 2 person -$150. Actually I have stayed hungry after. Just cocktails are quite good👍
Great value lunch sets at $55++, also get to go to the flower dome for free!
Go because its a nice way to visit the gardens and the desserts are quite delectable. Don't go with hopes of being swept off your feet
There's a buggy pick up service from the taxi drop off point (Bay South Entrance) that sends you directly to Pollen or take a leisurely 5-10 min scenic stroll!
Food is so so but ambience was really good! Great for dates.
Fine food up to the standards you can expect from the price range, but succeeding were many other fail: finishing a meal with brio . Inventive and carefully crafted desserts . Service could be improved.
Nice chocolate torte ❤️
The Rangers Valley 300-day tenderloin and wagyu beef cheeks are to die for.
The food is excellent especially the appetizer .
Scallop sashimi - wonderful starter
Merry Christmas to all my dear friends!🎄🎄🎄🎅🎅🎅🎉🎉🎉
Lunch set is amazing and a great value , go for it!
Madras curry ice-cream is so unique n yummy
Pina Colada is superb!
Service was ok. The food could be a lot better. Overall, nothing special. Too expensive in my opinion as well . You can find better afternoon tea places in Singapore.
Great set lunch and visit of the dome in one
Came for a quick lunch . Lunch menu was very limited and, for the portion sizes, over priced. Food was good quality. Location is lovely. Service was just OK. Drinks horribly overpriced!
Had the set lunch . The dessert is original and wonderful - PB & J
Small menu selection. But a nice spot to stop and chill out .
Great music , good carbonara
Free access to the Flower Dome for a nice digestive walk...
Bad customer service where the floor manager(indian lady) made customers waited for over 10mins at the entrance and was not even apologetic when questioned (heaps of empty tables inside).
Expensive! We only got the dessert and soda water. Can't believe it almost costed me 10$ for a glass of soda water.
Free refill of cappuccinos ! Yum :)
If you plan to have dinner here, reservations recommended.
Food is excellent however service is very disappointing. They kept getting instructions wrong and thus big minus on the dining experience
Some servers have really bad english. The food is okay. Best is the tenderloin. Cocktails are yummy but I feel lacking an x factor.
Seabream bouillabaisse super yummy
they dont refill water for your hot tea . very strange.
they dont refill water for your hot tea . very strange.
Good food, a bit slow.
Nice quiet place to type
Apparently they serve grass-fed beef here.
Nice place
Drinks are bloody expensive .
Coffee is ok since it's nespresso. Good ice cream but horrible brownies . Dry, hard and tasteless
Dear wait staff , try not to serve after you had a cigarette.
Super chill, lovely place for lunch. - Jane
the slow cooked egg in sweet corn emulsion and truffle shavings had such a rich and playful flavor profile. the sturgeon and caviar seconds the sinful dish for the evening. great attention to details. - Alvin Chan
Crab Linguini is fabulous here! Likewise beef burger! Salted caramel milkshake is indeed a decadent choice! - Kenji Takeshiro
Loved the Alaskan Crab with black truffle! Their Uni was delightful and tantalizing. - Morwens
What-a-nice flowery place! huge flower garden in an unexpected busy urban city location! Well done Singapore! - Suvega Srinivasan
A very unique showcase of flowers and plants from all over the world. The highlight of this place are the indoor waterfall. It’s feels magical the moment you stepped into this place. - Fairuz Zainal Aarif
Awesome place, but must go during a cool day or in the evening - Charles Chua
