Best location in all of Jakarta and a very comfortable hotel to stay in. Attached to Plaza Indonesia with tons of restaurants , cafes to choose from if you are lazy to leave the hotel .
Club rooms are very large, lounge is great. But the breakfast is simply amazing. Huge variety! Mall connected to the hotel is also very nice
Probably the most logic place to stay if you are a on a business trip. Great rooms and would highly recommend a room with executive launch access, makes the stay much more comfortable .
The best service I received in a hotel is here. Delighting the guest seem to be their policy and the staff do it with such sincerity. Best fitness club that's huge. Unfortunately it closes at 11pm.
You really can't beat the fitness center here. It's HUGE, clean , and even smells nice (citrusy sweetness). A workout rat 's paradise. Locker rooms are also equipped with hot tub , sauna , and steam room .

Nice old 5 star hotel right at the city centre of Jakarta. Exterior may looks old, but rooms are nice and big. Front office are great for but security in front of the hotel are annoying.

The Grand Club level is super awesome though the rate is murder. The fact that it's connected to one of the best malls in JKT means that you can opt to practically not go anywhere else while in JKT.

The Fountain Lounge is a great to hang out in the evening. To none smoker, bring your gas mask! It's like poisonous gas chamber.
Very old rooms and hotel . It damages Grand Hyatt name. It must be renovated asap...
