Gold's Gym is the best gym I have ever been to. The staff and trainers are so helpful. Never a wait on machines. Joining them is the best thing I've ever done.
They don't offer any indoor cycle group fitness and don't plan to, either at this location or the new one on the Westside.
Great atmosphere and the eye candy is awesome!!!!
