Incredible. At first: amazing old movie posters (many of them from my beloved Metropolis), then you discover montage studios, then the interiors of a palace you may know from "Ziemia Obiecana"!
Nice staff and amazing permanent exhibition with machinery, pity descriptions are in Polish only. Temporary ones are with English text though. Great 19th cent interiors. A must for all ages in Lodz!
Fascinating! You can see plenty of old posters , characters and props used in making of the most important polish animated series. The glamorous building hosting the muzeum was built in 1856.
The house itself is beautiful! Great they left the first floor in old style !
Lovely provincial museum . Do not expect it to be very exciting. Empty in the mornings, better go right after they open and be there all alone.
