I have been here 2 times now. It's family owned and I enjoyed meeting them. Excellent service and pastries to die for.

They are rude as hell and their price policy is theft! No prices shown anywhere and afterwards you're presented with a bill as high as I dunno! ->17,- for 2 (!) ice creams , 8,- for a water and a coke .

Avoid this place, while you pay €1.50 - €3.50 for a gelato anywhere else, you pay €8.50 here, no prices at all so you get the "surprise" at the cashier . I felt like getting robbed. No credit card!!

Sit in the upstairs dining area and watch the world go by below.

Avoid this restaurant at all cost. We ordered two cappuccino each one cost € 4.50 the most expensive on earth.This is the MOST EXPENSIVE MEAL WE HAD in Italy so far.it is shockingly overpriced.

Don't sit. Stand at the bar as it's cheaper and you can chat to the barista.

Nothing wrong with the food and drinks except their ridiculously high prices - plus the stuff hints several times for tips (?!?). I would say it is a touristic trap so avoid it!

Don’t sit down. Espresso standing at the bar is about 1 Euro.

This place is a tourist trap and a rip-off. We're talking coffee and gelato literally double the cost of most other places (and the gelato is only ok at best)

Do not go near this place. They want your best. Your money! No prices, no receipts. One ice cream Euro 8.50.

I wish I read the tips before coming. Ridiculously expensive and below average food. Think twice before coming.

wi-fi never works, service lady asked for a tip, got the wrong coffee so they gave me a huge one instead without me asking.

Vermeidet diesen Ort, wucher Preise für alles. 8,50 pro Kugel Eis. Geschmacklich mittelmäßig, macht einen weiten Bogen und probiert es in den Nebengassen.

Kruvasan hayal kırıklığı. Çikolatalı kruvasanın içi çikolatalı puding gibi bir malzeme ile doluydu. Cappucinosunu da pek beğenmedim. Çalışanları İngilizce de pek iyi değil ve biraz suratsız.

Dalle sue finestre al primo piano è possibile sedersi e gustare un panino o bere un buon bicchiere di vino o un aperitivo , guardando il Ponte Vecchio. Così vicino che sembra di toccarlo!
