This industrial hotel is so neat and classy ! And they know us well , provided everything we needed...

They do not refresh the fruit bowl in the room. I ate it all on the first day without knowing. When I mentioned this to the executive assistant, they brought another bowl.

Was injured by improperly anchored umbrella at Christmas brunch that blew into us. The one or two injuries I sustained at this property.

It's months later and my knee is still in pain from when the waitress shoved the 40 pound plus wood chair into it deliberately for no apparent reason. Problems with staff and management persist here!

Property is breathtaking and beautiful but management and staff are equally bad and treated us pretty horribly from time of check in till departure.

There's a lot of construction going on right now. Takes away from the serenity.

Aims to be a high end hotel , but fails in execution.

The only thing that didn't make our visit a complete disaster was the warmth and talent of the band who took requests for us often. This was one of the worst stays I've ever had in the world.

Nice hotel but dinner at beach grill was extremely disappointing, service and setup was very nice but food below average, and extremely overpriced.

They obviously have a problem with two men with Platinum Marriott status staying in the same room together here. Outrageously horrible experience here!
