I just love the very easy access to the mall , cafes , n even guardian located just next to this hotel ..only the price is a little bit expensive

Room I stayed in was clean and nice modern ambience considering the price. I was told that for hot water, I need to let the water run for 10 minutes before it gets hot which sounds ridiculous.

i stayed at this hotel on 19.06.12 and requested for a morning call on the next day 5:30am and guess what?...the front desk totally forgotten about it

No = astro, mini bar , parking , bfast . Lousy water taps, iron boards with holes, and a price like a high end business hotel in KL ... not sure if this is normal in KK or just another "Hotel California"

Wasn't being told that standard room is without windows n no smoking room. But they allowed to smoke in the Bathroom .

Sucky hotel . Room is crammed and full of cigarette smell. Won't be staying here next time.
