Sq has name of Heroes since 1934. Monument of Heroes is standing in the center of sq since 2009. Height of tower is 51m and there are engraved the names of the heroes who's died in wars between Russia
Generally i like this plaza but monument in the centre looks really strange. When i'm looking at, i always have feelenig that it's not built fully :D
