Phil's has one of the best Egg 's Benedict you can get out of all the breakfast places in town . Consistent and delicious!
This is old fashion stuck in 80's restaurant . Meals were really grassy and not a lot of choices
Meat lovers should try the chubbies. They're pretty great.

Man poor service and my food was ice cold. Would not recommend this place. Worst it wasn't even busy. Never knew scrambled eggs could take 30 mins.
