Tobikiri is like a small family restaurant but with great quality. Food wise the gyoza is a must! And the sushi and sashimi are also really good :)
Sashimi salad was really tasty. And the wagu beef with wine soy was melt into your mouth delicious. I love the whole neighborhood feel ! I will definitely go back.
