The best in that region. Lovely foodcourt with great atmosphere. So good for weekend’s adventuring .

Love the architecture , and -2 floor is a good place to chill , esp for san marco❤️

In Ava Center’s floor B2, it’s a good place to shop groceries , food, fruits and flowers , and also to enjoy fine drinks and pastries .

European architecture and good energy???? 9th floor restaurants have great energy and beautiful view to Tehran. Prices are higher than ordinary places although!

Pleasant atmosphere , right food court , I like Sakura sushi bar here. There are some shops for shopping and a beautiful book store .

Here is my delicious cheese burger in chees factory . It tasted good???????? better than pasta in menu i guess

Modern well-designed mall , smaller compared to Palladium or Arg. Beautiful and interesting food court . Large Parking lot

Good place , quite luxuriously designed, few of the stores haven't opened yet. you’ll have many choices for having good time.

The turkey pizza is great ???? you can also find a very tasty creme brûlée and tres leches cake ????

Their shops do not completely open - chehelsotoon restaurant is open there and located in the last floor

The lightning and air conditioning system in this place is exceptional, nice for a quick bite but not msny shopping options

Love the small good court, the gather the good ones and the nice atmosphere

Restaurants on 9th floor are fairly good but the food court on -2 is awful, average food and very bad service.

هنوز كامل مغازه هاش باز نشده. پاركينگش خيلي بده.طبقه منفي دو فودكورت خوبي داره.طبقه بالا هم رستوران كاخ چهل ستون و چيزفكتوري اونجا هستند

فضاشو خيلي دوست دارم طبقه -٢ فودكورت هست طبقه٩ هم چيز فكتوري و رستوران چهل ستون طبقه ي -١و١،٢ مغازه ها هستن كه بيشترطلافروشيه يك كتاب فروشي ويك گل فروشي قشنگم طبقه ي١ و -٢ هست بقيه ي طبقات پاركينگه.

طبقه پایینش جذاب ترین قسمتشه - پارکینگش هم از جمله مشکلاتشه

پاركينگاي بين طبقات تجاري منظره باحالي دارند، خود پاساژ هم نوساز و شيك بود اما براي خريد انتخاباي كم و قيمت بالايي دارين

یکی از جاهای مورد علاقمه:پاساژ دنج و آرومیه!دوران کرونا هم چند باری رفتم که خیلی تر و تمیز؛ رعایت کامل پروتکلهای بهداشتی! قسمت بیکری و نونهای تازه و کیکهای خوشمزه که بسیار دلرباست و هوش از سر میبره????

مرکز خرید جمع و جور باحالیه، هایپراش رو دوست دارم، فضای فودکورت برای نشستن طولانی مدت خیلی دلگیره ولی باحاله ..

یه مرکز‌تجاری جذاب و متفاوت. ایده‌ی طراحیش بسیار هیجان‌انگیزه و مغازه‌هاش هم. فودکورتش هم فوق‌العاده‌س. پارکینگش سخته ولی باحاله . کارواشش هم خیلی عالیه.

من سن مارکو و خیلی دوست داشتم ... مخصوصا طعم پسته اون و ... قیمت اسکوپ های معمولیش ۶ تومن بود و اسکوپ پسته ۷ تومن بود ... درسته گرونه ولی واقعا ارزش امتحان کردن و داره ...

فلا که فودکورتو رستوران کاخ و بعضی فروشگاه ها خوبه حالا تا بعد ببینیم چی میشه ، فروشگاه مورد علاقه من یونیتیه ، پارکینگش داستانیه ولی

مرغ گریل با سی تند عالی بود، مرغ جامائیکا گوشت لطیفی داره اما هم مقدارش کمه هم سس باربیکیوش زیادیه. همبرگرهاش هم خوبه. بخش سالاد بار هم راضی کننده ست.

من خیلی از قسمت نان های فودکورت خوصم اومد و هم خیلی خوشگل بودن و هم قیمت مناسبی داشتند.

یه فکری واسه آنتن دهی موبایل باید بکنن
