This is a great small town feeling gym with a world class pool in the heart of the north east. The staff is very friendly .
Warm up on the eliptical, hit the weights, then relax in the sauna or steam room . Come back & take your best shot in Tae Kwon Do, chill out in yoga , then go for a dip in the pool, all included.
Use the sauna then jump into the pool. It hurts now but you'll feel better tomorrow.
Hope to join their gym when I'm discharged from PT. This place is the tops!
