Kanheri caves located at national park are the best to be visited during monsoons.There are nature trails carried out once a year.You can simply rent a cycle or just come up for a walk early morning .

Kanheri caves were fun. Bring clothes that you can get wet in, as all the Indians were jumping in the water pools and waterfalls fully clothed . The caves and temples or intricately carved!

This National Park is a real jungle within the concrete city . It is one of Asia's most visited National Parks with 2 million annual visitors and it's history dates back to the 4th century BC.

Cakes are really amazing. This is the best place in Mumbai. Also the Gardens are nice you can relax and enjoy the family time.

Good running loop is from the main gate all the way to the kanheri caves steps and back. That's 6 km one way. keep doing as many as you want ! :)

Go for regular morning walks - Annual pass for Rs. 50 only! Entry upto 7.30 am allowed. Do avail of this facility - walk upto Kanheri caves if you have the time.

Climb up to the top of Kanheri Caves and you can see the tip of the Global Vipassana Pagoda: the world's largest stone dome built without any supporting pillars!

Timing 9 am to 1230 and 2 pm to 520 pm. Worth the money, real lions and tigers in the middle of Mumbai

Cycle down right in the midst of nature on a early morn ...fresh nd cool...pick up one of many bikes available on rent....

open till 6 pm only, so best explored early in the morning. no parking outside, so you have to pay and take your vehicle inside even if you want to walk around.

Carry food and water. You will need a whole day to explore the park . Entry is from Boriveli.

Don't high aspirations for seeing wild animals. Good for one time with family and kids.

Nice for a walk far from the noisy city .

Just another place where government and police vehicles don't obey the speed limit.. just a vehicle stormed at approximately 60km/hours whereas the speed limit is 20km/hours
