Since the terrace at the Parliament House is closed during winter - visit another one at the MNAC Café . Enjoy the view , the sun and the coffee !
It's good to try something new, to go someplace where you'll be relaxed and this is the place if you like art .
The museum is not huge, but is spacious enough. If you like modern and contemporary art , worth a visit.

Go to the Caffe Bar in top of National Museum of Modern Art in Bucharest, the acces is from Calea 13 septembrie, it's opened till 6 pm, the barman has crappy atitude but the panorama it's gorgeous

Well organised museum, set in a modern arhitecture building, in the Primăverii quarter; some interesting works, but also a couple of Grigorescu, Luchian; instead it boasts a very good cafe; free wi-fi - Bogdan D.
Set in a beautiful Cantacuzino palace, it boasts Enescu’s memorabilia in a few beautiful rooms; a little worn out; toilet is very “rustic”; kind staff; Enescu’s house in the rear - closed; - Bogdan D.
