Very busy at the weekends. Still, the service is fast and accurate. Spaghetti ice was invented in this very establishment.
The ice is ok, but really small kugels . The staff is unfriendly and you are not allowed to sit on the terrace (loads of seats as you can see) when you buy icecream on the counter. Not recommended!
Coffee was okay, waffle was good. Overpriced for what it was though. Location is okay too. (City center) crowd was mostly old and pretentious people. Staff was very friendly though.

Erfinder des Spaghettieis! Was soll man noch sagen ! Es ist klasse und es gibt total kuriose Geschmacksrichtungen! Ein Besuch wert!
Für mich gibt es in Mannheims bester Eisdiele eigentlich nur die Wahl Spaghetti-Eis. Man muss aber wissen, dass es eine Reihe weiterer fantastischer Eissorten gibt, und jedes Jahr kommen neue hinzu.
Leckeres Eis, aber auch gesalzene Preise und unmotivierter Service.
Hugo Spritz war super.
