This is not a luxury hotel . That being said, it is an enjoyable place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Was not offered additional soap or towels , but you can ask for them at the front desk.

Excelent customer service, Fully attention and you get wake up by churchs-bells of a Cathedral just behind the hotel . I recommend it

Extremelly noisy . Room service was awful. No soap, coffee or clean towels second night. Told reception and we're still waiting for them. No microwave or wifi @ 3rd floor as advertised on internet.
