Juban's has the best selection of wine in Baton Rouge! The duck cassoulet is amazing! The only negative is that our server acted like he was a premier restauranteur instead of an employee.
The Atrium bar at Juban's is the best kept secret in Baton Rouge! Great Happy Hour specials everyday, fabulous wine list and a delicious small plates menu in a gorgeous atmosphere!
The wait was kind long but it was worth it and the food was succulent delicious I liked our server he was very nice!!!
Fish selections (redfish and pompano ) were excellent, as was chicken andouille gumbo . Added 2012 Duckhorn Migration Chardonnay .
The “Hallelujah Crab ” is cool (a bit salty), but the Blue Crab Lollipops are the bomb!
They're known for their seafood so any of it is good. The oyster appetizer is particularly delicious.

Walked out after waiting 15 minutes without a server coming to the table. They were all too busy standing at the bar doing nothing. 2nd time there with bad service. Won't be going back.
They have excellent fried catfish and I'm picky about my catfish .
