吹田のル・シュクレ・クールと並ぶ、 関西のブーランジュリー2大巨頭。特にバゲット（バタール）／パン ・ド・セーグルなどハード系パン は類を見ない美味しさ。人気店の割に売り切れが少なく、欲しいパン が買いやすい点も素晴らしいと思う。値段はやや高め。
ほんわかした接客とストーリーのありそうなパン はどれも美味しい。種類があって悩むけれど直感で選んでいいと思う。入り口がややわかりにくい。
本町にあったFour de hさんの後継店。ぶっ飛んだ個性的パン たちはそのまま！
